Registration and Membership

We do require that you register with us in order to help us to keep information about your order history, current orders and items which you have placed in your "Wish List". Registration is free and the information will never be sold or given away. Once you have registered you can setup your express checkout. To do this just click on the setup express checkout link located on your "My Account" page, or on your shopping cart located on the left side of the screen. This information is optional and can be added or removed at any time. On the registration page you will be asked to fill all your personal information. There are tips and hints there to help you while filling in the required information. Your phone number is not required but will be an asset in the event that we need to contact you. Please note that we will never use your phone number or address to send you sales or marketing materials unless you have specifically given us permission to do so.

Using The Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart
This option is here to display the basic information about products contained in your shopping cart.  To see detailed information click on the word "Shopping Cart" and this will bring up a larger display.  Here you can change the quantity of each item, remove an item, empty your basket or proceed to the checkout.

Choosing And Removing Items
You'll be able to see the small shopping cart on the top header of each page. To put an item in your cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Remove Button next to the item. If you would like to modify the quantity of an item you are ordering, simply add the new quantity and click the Update Button. If you do not press the update button, your quantities will remain unchanged. You have the option to empty all of the items in your shopping cart simply by clicking on the Empty Cart Button at the bottom of the cart.

Completing Your Order And Checking Out

Purchasing and Checking Out
When you are finished shopping, you can proceed to the check out by clicking the Proceed to Secure Checkout Button at the bottom of the cart. You can also use your "
Gift Certificates" or  " E-Coupons " by entering in the code provided from the Gift Certificate or enter in the code that is provided in the E-Coupons section.

Shipping Information page
Here you'll be asked to enter and/or verify ship-to and bill-to information. The drop-down box in the Address Book will contain your existing shipping and billing addresses. Select an existing address or add a new one. When completed, click the Submit Button. The next screen will ask you to select the Shipping Method. Select the Shipping Method of your choice. This screen will also allow you to enter a Coupon Code if you have one. Once completed, click the Continue To Checkout Button.

Payment Information page
This screen is to enter your payment method and any Coupon Code you may have. You can also edit any area by clicking on the Edit Button next to the area you wish to change. Once completed, click on the Process Order Button.

Order Complete

The Order Complete screen will provide you with your order number and a link to review your order. You can click on your order number link to view your printable order details.

Express Checkout

The express checkout option is located at the login screen and you can sign in as a guest user. This is a quick way to complete your purchase. Please note that Gift Certificates must be ordered separately, not combined with any other items in your Shopping Cart. If you are a Registered User and other items are in your cart at the time you purchase a Gift Certificate, your other items will be moved into your Wish List for future reference.

Wish List

You can store items that you have found on our site but do not wish to purchase right away in your Wish List. You can add items to your Wish List by clicking the "Add to Favorites" button on the product page. You can also share your Wish List with other people. You also have the option of choosing products from other people's Wish List for them.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the item(s). All merchandise must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Collectibles, including bobblehead dolls and sports collectibles, are not returnable. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. Customers are responsible for return postage.
